Scope and refund.
CalDev Studio is Dave Newman in La Jolla, CA. No LLC has been filed. These lines cover the New Web Refresh and managed hosting + support.
Seven-day mock-fit
If the PDF mock of your homepage is not a fit, email Dave within seven days of the mock and ask for a refund before any install starts. After install starts, the Refresh is not a free redo.
What the Refresh is
The Refresh is a theme and foundation install on a site you own — schema, FAQ in real HTML, a crawler allow-list, and Core Web Vitals work on the template. It is not a custom rebuild.
What is left out
Interior pages, copywriting, and photography are not in the Refresh. Those are separate, if they happen at all.
No ranking promise
This is not a promise of #1 on Google or on any answer engine. The work is a foundation. Rankings move for reasons Dave does not control.
After the install
Hosting and support is one-person work from Dave. It is not an enterprise SLA, not a 99.9% uptime promise, and not a 15-minute incident clock. SEO, AEO, and reporting are separate if you add them.
