A short note on what this studio keeps.
CalDev Studio is Dave Newman in La Jolla, CA. Write hello@caldevstudio.com.
Who this is
CalDev Studio is the brand name of Dave Newman, a one-person studio in La Jolla, CA. There is no separate company, no EU entity, and no data-protection officer. Mail reaches Dave.
The contact form
The form asks for your name, email, and the live site URL. You can add a short note about what to look at. If you came from a specific offer, that label may ride along so Dave knows which page you used. The note is emailed through Resend. It is not posted publicly.
hello@ mail
Mail to hello@caldevstudio.com is forwarded to Dave. That is a one-person inbox, not a ticket system.
Stripe checkout
The paid offers on this site are New Web Refresh ($2,497), homepage redesign ($897), and managed hosting + support ($149/mo). Checkout runs on Stripe. Card data never sits on our servers. Dave sees that a payment went through so the work can start. Checkout cookies, if any, live on Stripe’s own pages.
Google Analytics and Ads
This site loads Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tags. They measure page views and how the site is used; when someone asks for a free PDF mock or the contact form goes through; and purchases or conversions on /thanks for the New Web Refresh ($2,497), homepage redesign ($897), and hosting + support ($149/mo). Those tags may set Google cookies. They are for conversion and basic measurement, not a profile of you. Vercel hosts the pages and may keep ordinary request logs so the deployment can run.
Do not sell or share
California-style “do not sell or share” is simple here: CalDev Studio is a one-person La Jolla studio, not a large ad network. We do not sell your name or email for a marketing list. Google’s measurement tags can still count as “sharing” for ads and site-use measurement. To opt out, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control in the footer or on the cookie notice; it turns those cookies off on this browser. You can also email hello@caldevstudio.com. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals when your browser sends one. Visitors in the EU, UK, and Switzerland get measurement cookies only if they turn them on.
A copy, or deletion
Write hello@caldevstudio.com if you want a copy of what Dave has from you, or if you want it deleted. He will handle that himself.
